• Water damage inspection: : One of our highly-qualified team members will come to take a look at the damage. At this point, we will begin working directly with your insurance company to handle logistics.
• Water mitigation: : This process begins almost immediately. We will first stop the water source and ensure that any undamaged possessions are protected from damage.
• Water extraction: Water will be extracted from your home. Our team uses industry-standard equipment to ensure that there is no water hidden in carpets, furniture, walls, and ceilings.
• Cleanup and repair: Instead of replacing all water damaged items, our goal is to restore them back to their former glory. At this stage, our team will also do any repairs to your home as well as take steps to remove and prevent mold growth.
• Structural drying: After all obvious water has been removed, the team will use and monitor humidity to remove the last of the moisture. This will prevent secondary water damage such as warped floors and walls.
